Shipping Policy for RoadTour Ltd

Download links are sent 20-40 minutes following payment in an email.  If you haven’t received it in this time, please check that you input the correct email address (if not, please email support and we’ll send out a new download link)

We shall generally ship physical product orders around 3pm each day. Any orders arriving after this time will be shipped the following day. We currently ship SDs to addresses in the UK only. Downloads are available world-wide. Standard Postage & Packing by Royal Mail First Class UK 1- 3 working days from order. Optional Next day delivery (if ordered before 3pm) is available and is shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery for an additional £5.00. International shipping is available upon request.

Return Policy for RoadTour Ltd

If for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by e-mailing us at sales@roadtour.co.uk before 3pm on the day of placing the order. We will cancel your order at no extra charge. Once an order has been despatched though, we cannot accept cancellations. Returns will be accepted if the product is damaged or faulty. We will immediately replace any such damaged goods with a brand new product and at the same time pick up the damaged item. No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation from our Support Team, who will issue a 'returns authorisation number' if appropriate. We cannot provide refunds for products that are not defective or damaged. Merchandise which was ordered incorrectly, i.e. not compatible with your platform, are not returnable for a refund. If you are unsure what product to order or whether your system is compatible please ask for assistance before ordering or look at the products pages which links to a compatibility guide. RoadTour currently does not yet support TomTom, Navman or any in-car systems (i.e. BMW or Toyota etc).
