RoadTour
has launched a series of superb location-based iPhone applications aimed at the roaming traveller. We specialise in bringing rich content and superb map integration to iPhone
applications.
Our iPhone guides make full use of the video and audio capabilities of the iPhone. With options for streaming or downloading the content, the user can enjoy hours of video and audio tours on the move, or at home. Our apps deliver the best integration of content with mapping yet seen on the iPhone. This includes immediate route generation in one click and other easy to use options for the user.
We now have the infrastructure to quickly and professionally roll-out similar audio-visual and location based applications. Our applications are underpinned by a sophisticated Content Management System (CMS) which can update the content of the guides every 15 minutes if needed. Adding and managing the content, on our purpose built web-based CMS is easily done enabling content to be kept fully up to date by us or by our partners at low cost.
In addition, a road-map of functionality is being implemented over the next 12 months to further enhance our applications and those of our partners which means that our partners don’t have to keep paying to improve their application.
